Jakarta, November 27 2023 — HW Group proudly announces its plan to conduct mass recruitment as part of its expansion strategy in 2024. This recruitment drive will fill several critical positions within the company.

Therefore, for next year’s mass recruitment, HW Group introduced a breakthrough by launching the Operation Management Trainee (OMT) program.

According to Adhitiya W. Wibawa, the Human Capital & Facility Management (HC & FM) General Manager of HW Group, the OMT program aims to nurture new talents with a passion for the lifestyle and F&B industry.

“HW Group presents the OMT program next year to seek and nurture talents with a passion for the lifestyle and F&B industry. The expectation is that this program will produce outstanding leaders,” explains Adhitiya.

In addition to OMT, HW Group is actively seeking candidates for other critical positions, such as Executive Chef and Outlet Manager.

“With the growth of our business at HW, known for our lifestyle ventures, we have expanded into thematic outlets like Phoenix Gastrobar and Dragon N Cow. This necessitates individuals who are experts in their respective fields,” he continues.

In the coming year, HW Group will also introduce innovations by launching the Kitchen Academy and DJ Academy as educational platforms for employees, with 3 to 6 months and a commitment period of two years.

OMT and Academy positions are open to fresh graduates, while Executive Chef and Outlet Manager positions are targeted at experienced professionals.

Bandung, November 13 2023 – After the tremendous success of HSS Series 3 in Bali, HSS is back with an exciting lineup of matches in HSS Series 4 in Bandung. The event is set to take place at W Super Club Bandung on December 17.

HSS Series 4 Bandung will feature 15 lively matches, including 7 professional matches, 6 celebrity matches, 1 amateur match, and 1 public match involving online motorcycle taxi (ojol) drivers.

The public match, represented by Albert Zadrak from Surabaya and Subagia Adi from Bali, reflects HSS’s commitment to “boxing for everyone,” regardless of background and profession.

“We believe that boxing is a sport that can embrace all walks of life, and by involving ojol drivers, we want to provide opportunities for every individual to experience the joy and spirit of the boxing world,” explained Ivan Tanjaya, HSS promoter, during a press conference held at W Super Club Bandung on Tuesday (14/11).

“HSS Series 4 Bandung is our tangible step in delivering limitless entertainment and embracing diversity in boxing,” he continued.

In addition to the public match involving ojol drivers, HSS Series 4 Bandung brings together two fighters who were once archenemies, namely Katak Bhizer, who will face off against Bokir Sasmita.

“We are determined to educate the younger generation about the negative impacts of brawls. We believe that instead of troubling others with conflicts, it’s better to channel the spirit of competition through supportive and fair play matches in the ring,” said Bokir.

HSS Series 4 Bandung will also be a stage for exciting and tense battles, especially with an intriguing match involving two big names, Berlliana Lovell and Dinar Candy.

Dinar, who has fought twice on the HSS stage, is confident in facing Berlliana, who will debut as a boxer on the HSS stage. While Berlliana is satisfied, she can only win against Dinar with specific preparation.

“Even without specific preparation, I believe I can give my best performance and win against Dinar,” emphasized Berlliana. “In my opinion, boxing is not just about experience but also about determination and spirit during the fight.”

Born and raised in the Netherlands, Lenn discovered his love for electronic music when he visited Mysteryland a few years ago. Mysteryland is an electronic music festival in the Netherlands where he witnessed performances by artists like Hardwell, Martin Garrix, and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. This inspired him to delve deeper into electronic music production.

A few years later, Lenn released music on the prestigious Green Room label owned by Like Mike, a former DJ ranked number one in the DJ Mag Top 100. This success gave Lenn a platform to showcase his talent and expose his music to a broader audience.

Lenn’s music is now played by famous DJs like Timmy Trumpet, Nicky Romero, Blasterjaxx, Hardwell, and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, which is a testament to the quality of his music and led to his inclusion in the Ultra Beach Bali 2023 lineup.

One of the names that added to the excitement of Ultra Beach Bali 2023 was DNA. The duo, consisting of Jayjax and Mr. Aloy, managed to captivate the audience at one of Southeast Asia’s largest electronic music festivals.
